3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use BioFrame, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You must be a licensed healthcare professional or authorized staff member to register.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

3.3 Professional Credentials

You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary professional licenses, certifications, and qualifications required to practice in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Always verify AI-generated results before acting upon them

7. Subscription and Payment

7.1 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees owed

7.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

7.3 Free Trial / Beta

Free trials and beta access are provided "as-is" without warranties. We may terminate free access at any time without notice.
